    The founder and chief of Ola Natural And Non secular Centre (Soul Journey Ghana), Ola Maame, has stirred controversy by asserting that the Ghanaian adoption of the time period ‘settings’ has eroded respect for spirituality, faith, and prophecy.

    She emphasised that almost all Ghanaians dismiss prophecies as mere ‘settings’, disregarding their potential validity .

    In an interview on Nyansa TV on Monday, eleventh August 2025, whereas discussing the helicopter crash that claimed eight lives, Maame urged Ghanaians to honour all prophecies—whatever the prophet’s identification or obvious contradictions.

    “We have to respect prophets and their prophecies. Insulting and labelling them doesn’t assist our trigger,”she pleaded. Addressing perceptions that some prophets communicate solely to pattern on social media, she added, “Respect prophecies anyway, as entities may information prophets to make such pronouncements. So, simply respect it.”

    On Responding to Private Prophecies:
