Protests erupted in Tel Aviv as households of Israeli captives demanded a ceasefire deal in Gaza for his or her launch. This adopted a Hamas assertion claiming a feminine captive had been killed and one other critically injured in an Israeli assault on northern Gaza. The Israeli army acknowledged the incident and promised an investigation. Prime Minister Netanyahu, who was concerned in scandals, prevented the difficulty in his assertion. The defence minister denied limiting negotiation efforts, which have stalled. Households have appealed to US President-elect Donald Trump for intervention, hoping he can stress Netanyahu.
