The Forties witnessed main shifts in politics, science, economics, business, the humanities, and tradition, which coincided with a time of shortage, limitation, and the catastrophic international battle of World Struggle II.
All through this tumultuous interval, artists introduced new concepts to their work throughout media, from trend and textiles, craft and design, to printmaking, drawing, pictures, portray, and sculpture. This exhibition will showcase artwork from throughout the last decade, that includes works drawn fully from the museum’s everlasting collections.
