US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced cease in Baghdad to debate Syria and ISIL with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani. It was the ultimate cease of his Center East tour after the autumn of the Assad regime in Syria.
