To acknowledge the one hundred and sixtieth anniversary of the conclusion of the American Civil Struggle, the Elmhurst Choral Union will carry out “An American Civil Struggle Memorial,” an oratorio composed by Dr. Michael Karasis, on Saturday, Aug. 30.
President Harry S. Truman’s great-grandson, Wesley Truman Daniel, will present narration. Creative interpretations of the Civil Struggle might be projected all through the efficiency.
The refrain, skilled orchestra, and soloists might be below the path of Scott Uddenberg, and colours might be offered by Commander Mike Kerley and the American Legion Put up 187 Coloration Guard.
