    The world faces “in all probability essentially the most harmful” decade for the reason that finish of World Struggle Two, Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned.

    Nato Secretary Basic Jens Stoltenberg rejected the suggestion and mentioned “Russia should not use it as a pretext for escalation”.
