Ukraine’s SBU safety service stated on Tuesday (June 3) it had hit the highway and rail bridge linking Russia and the Crimean peninsula beneath the water stage with explosives.
The SBU posted a video on its social media channels it stated confirmed an explosion on the bridge.
Reuters was capable of verify the placement within the video from the construction and bearing parts of the bridge that matched satellite tv for pc and file imagery of the realm. Reuters was not capable of independently confirm when the video was filmed.
The SBU stated in an announcement that it had used 1,100 kilograms of explosives which had been detonated early within the morning, damaging underwater pillars of the bridge, a key provide route for Russian forces in Ukraine.
