The town of Kherson in Ukraine stays largely with out energy or mains water following the withdrawal of Russian troops ten days in the past.
The port metropolis was captured by Russia in March, simply days after forces invaded Ukraine.
It was the one regional capital Russia managed to grab since February, however its army was pressured to withdraw final week.
