Simply after 7 p.m., there was a combat between a bunch of teenagers at Dupont Circle Park, police stated. Two of these teenagers have been stabbed and have been taken to the hospital.
Then a person was shot within the foot simply earlier than 8 p.m. at nineteenth Avenue, simply south of Dupont Circle. He was taken to the hospital and he’s anticipated to be OK.
D.C. police needed to disperse the park as they performed their investigation.
The nineteenth Avenue entrance at Dupont Circle Metro station is briefly closed because of the investigation, according to transit authorities.

Dupont Circle Park reopened Saturday and the fencing surrounding it was removed after it was initially set to be closed till 6 p.m. Sunday per U.S. Park Police’s request.
