NATO chief Mark Rutte says the US-led army alliance will launch a brand new mission to guard undersea cables within the Baltic Sea area. Rutte made the announcement at a gathering attended by the leaders of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden within the Finnish capital, Helsinki, on Tuesday.
