AHOSKIE – Roanoke-Chowan Neighborhood Faculty (R-CCC) proclaims the appointment of Charmaine Smith as its new Dean of Tutorial Affairs. Smith formally started her position on Feb. 2, bringing a wealth of expertise in schooling, management and nonprofit service to the faculty’s tutorial division.
