Conservative Peer Michelle Mone has taken a depart of absence from the UK’s Home of Lords “to clear her title”, amid allegations she benefitted from an organization she beneficial for a Covid contract.
Her spokesman mentioned the allegations had been “unjustly levelled in opposition to her”.
Michelle Mone is an Scottish businesswoman who based the lingerie agency Ultimo and appointed to the Home of Lords in 2015.
