SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Division and Crime Stoppers are looking for a suspect in connection with the shooting death of a San Antonio Impartial Faculty District scholar.
In keeping with police, Simon Cuevas III, 14, was strolling residence from Brewer Academy round 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, at South Elmendorf and Merida streets when he was attacked by 5 individuals.
One of many suspects shot and killed Cuevas, police mentioned.

Cuevas died from the gunshot wound, based on the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Workplace. His dying was dominated a murder.
No arrests have been made in his dying.
On Saturday, SAPD and Crime Stoppers launched photographs and video of an individual who “was current on the time of the homicide.”
“The individual was seen arriving and fleeing with the opposite suspects,” based on police.
SAPD and Crime Stoppers are in search of the general public’s assist to establish the suspect proven within the photographs and video.
Crime Stoppers could pay as much as $5,000 for data that results in felony arrests on this crime. To be eligible for a reward, suggestions have to be submitted on to Crime Stoppers.
