A person has died shortly after being restrained by safety workers at a venue in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, with police now investigating the incident.
Police say their preliminary investigations point out a person was requested to go away rooftop bar and restaurant Maya at about 12.20am on Monday, however resisted and was then restrained by safety.
The person turned unresponsive a short while later, police say.
CPR was carried out however the man died on the scene.
Police have established against the law scene and launched an investigation into the person’s loss of life.
