Chris Hipkins has been sworn in as New Zealand’s forty first prime minister.
The 44-year-old was formally appointed to the position in Wellington, every week after Jacinda Ardern’s shock resignation.
On the ruling Labour Get together’s caucus over the weekend, Hipkins acquired unanimous assist to be promoted to guide the nation, and now faces the problem of retaining energy within the upcoming normal elections in October.
