South Korean retailer Lotte has unveiled Lotte-Mart Zetta, its new on-line grocery app powered by the Ocado Good Platform (OSP).
The launch is a results of ongoing collaborative efforts between Ocado Group and Lotte which started in November 2022.
Ocado’s OSP is an end-to-end e-commerce, fulfilment and logistics resolution designed for on-line grocery retailers.
The answer leverages developments in AI, robotics and automation to foster operational excellence and superior buyer experiences.
