Bhutan has began establishing a brand new metropolis on its border with India, because the tiny Himalayan kingdom tries to diversify its economic system.
The Prime Minister says it is going to cease what he describes as an “existential mind drain” and will finally see Bhutan’s inhabitants triple to a few million individuals.
