    Sudanese army retakes key Khartoum bridge as East Nile residents face shortages and war destruction

    The Sudanese military recaptured al-Manshiya bridge from the RSF, regaining entry to East Nile in Khartoum. Residents who fled RSF management describe looting and insecurity. The realm’s primary hospital was destroyed early within the battle, leaving just one smaller hospital. Volunteers from Emergency Response Rooms present assist regardless of shortages. Medical doctors battle to maintain the hospital operational underneath tough circumstances. Many displaced residents hope for reconstruction and a return to regular life. The military’s management marks a shift, however East Nile’s restoration stays unsure.
