WICHITA, KAN. –A person who admitted shoplifting in a number of shops in Wichita goes to jail.
This week, Choose David Kaufman sentenced 29-year-old D’Amos Expensive of Wichita to 21 months in jail with 12 months of put up launch supervision, in line with the Sedgwick County District Lawyer’s workplace.
In January of 2024, Expensive and co-defendant Kara Aukes, 37 of Wichita, took clothes from Academy Sports activities and Dick’s Sporting Items shops in Wichita, sneakers from Kohl’s, a coffeemaker from JC Penney, and a ceiling fan from Lowe’s. The couple grabbed the gadgets and ran out of the companies.
