President Vladimir Putin says Russia faces a menace to its existence.
He was talking in Purple Sq. on the Victory Day parade to mark Germany’s give up in World Struggle II in 1945. Putin attacked what he referred to as “Western world elites” for unleashing “an actual warfare” in opposition to Russia.
