The Home voted Thursday to censure Rep. Al Inexperienced for his protest throughout President Donald Trump’s deal with to Congress, with 10 Democrats becoming a member of Home Republicans in condemning the Texas Democrat’s actions.
Inexperienced, 77, disrupted Trump’s deal with to a joint session of Congress Tuesday night time, prompting Home Speaker Mike Johnson to take away the lawmaker from the chamber.
“I’ve no in poor health emotions towards the speaker, none towards the individuals that escorted me away from the ground, as a result of I did disrupt. And I did so as a result of the president indicated that he had a mandate. And I wished him to know that he didn’t have a mandate to chop Medicaid,” Inexperienced mentioned in a speech on the Home flooring Thursday, following his censure.
