Components
1.5 lbs hen breast, cubed
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of two lemons
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped recent rosemary
1 tbsp chopped recent oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 wood skewers, soaked
Directions
1) Marinate the Rooster: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss hen cubes in marinade and let sit for half-hour.
2) Grill the Skewers: Thread hen onto skewers and grill over medium warmth for 12-Quarter-hour, turning often.
