A magnitude-7.0 earthquake off the coast of Northern California triggered a short tsunami warning throughout a swath of the US West Coast. The tsunami menace was declared over lower than an hour later – however residents and cities throughout the state have been rattled. Bloomberg’s Mark Chediak stories.
