Ukraine‘s Overseas Minister Andrii Sybiha on Saturday appeared to criticize Russia’s bid to amend the US draft.
“The basis causes of this struggle are (Russian President Vladimir) Putin’s denial of Ukraine‘s proper to exist and his want to destroy our nation,” he posted on X. “That is why Russia began this struggle, commits atrocities, and tries to alter borders by pressure.”
