Two African leaders have made it to the highest three on the listing of most corrupt leaders of 2024- Kenyan President Wiliam Ruto and Nigerian President Bola Tinubu. The African leaders had been ranked by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Venture (OCCRP). Ruto and Tinubu had been the finalists for OCCRP’s “Individual of the Yr award”.
