Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton has opened a brand new flagship restaurant on Savile Row, the well-known house of British tailoring. It is meant to be an emblem of his culinary ambitions and his love of sartorial craftsmanship within the UK. He is opened eating places all around the world, however says he needs this one, referred to as Row On 5, to be his legacy. Atherton joins Bloomberg’s Francine Lacqua to debate the way forward for fantastic eating and the challenges within the hospitality sector.
