There are claims that Russia is selling the usage of nuclear weapons, with state propaganda making an attempt to make Russians suppose a nuclear warfare is just not a foul factor.
Russian journalist and Nobel peace prize laureate, Dmitry Muratov, Russian stated state TV channels have been speaking about “a nuclear tsunami that will wash away America”.
Mr Muratov stated he could not rule out President Vladimir Putin urgent the nuclear button.
