Pope Francis has been admitted to hospital for a respiratory an infection and is predicted to stay there for a couple of days, the Vatican has stated.
The 86-year-old has had respiratory difficulties in latest days, however doesn’t have Covid, its assertion stated.
Italian information company Ansa reported nurses have been optimistic he can be out of hospital in time for Palm Sunday this weekend.
It added exams had dominated out coronary heart issues and pneumonia.
