Chef José Calleja of Surtopia, Madrid has been given an award for selling Andalusian meals by Mayor of Rincón de la Victoria and councillors of tourism.
The Victorian Anchovy plaque was offered by councillor for Tourism and Planning within the Costa del Sol, Antonio Díaz and the Councillor for Tourism, Antonio José Martín.
