Ukraine has claimed accountability for the assassination of the pinnacle of Russia’s radiological, chemical and organic protection troops in a bomb explosion in Moscow early Tuesday. Ukraine’s Safety Service, or SBU, carried out the killing of Lieutenant Common Igor Kirillov and his assistant, based on an individual conversant in the operation. The SBU’s press workplace declined to remark. The 2 servicemen died when an explosive gadget planted on a scooter detonated close to the doorway to an condominium constructing, Russia’s Investigative Committee stated in a assertion.
