Mexican prosecutors are investigating what President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador referred to as the “execution” of 5 males in an incident that has sparked outrage from human rights observers.
Media retailers launched a video on Tuesday, showing to point out a bunch of troopers pulling the boys from a crashed pick-up truck in Nuevo Laredo, a border metropolis within the state of Tamaulipas.
