Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro mentioned that he would “proceed to meet all of the commandments of our structure” in a brief speech on the presidential palace in Brasilia, after days of silence following his election loss to the leftist former chief Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
He didn’t explicitly concede defeat, although the occasion appeared to sign his intention to cooperate with the switch of energy.
