It’s nighttime on the Roc Dougbalé seashore in Ivory Coast and Hie Amiral Picard is on turtle guard. Like many locals, he used to catch turtles for meat and eggs. However now, he’s attempting to preserve this endangered species.
He works with a marine conservation organisation to tirelessly document, increase and launch child turtles and attempt to educate the following era about their environmental significance.
Ivorian filmmaker Isabelle Christiane Kouraogo has directed 5 quick movies, which have screened internationally, and is growing a function documentary. She works throughout the business and is obsessed with African cultural identification in common storytelling.
