It has been practically one week since Hurricane Otis devastated Acapulco, Mexico.
“The state of affairs in Acapulco is as unhealthy as I’ve seen, and I have been very a lot in each class 5 hurricane over the past 15-16 years,” Chef José Andrés of World Central Kitchen says of the storm’s aftermath.
“The primary situation proper now could be the dearth of water.”
