Fox Information has settled a defamation lawsuit from the voting machine firm, Dominion, over its reporting of the 2020 presidential election.
The US community owned by Rupert Murdoch had falsely claimed that Dominion’s voting machines had been used to rig the 2020 elect in opposition to Donald Trump.
In a last-minute settlement earlier than trial, the community agreed to pay virtually $800 million {dollars} to Dominion.
The deal means Fox executives together with Rupert Murdoch won’t need to testify in court docket.
