Ukraine’s flood-ravaged Kherson has been hit by Russian rockets for the primary time.
This comes as the pinnacle of the United Nations atomic watchdog has inspected the nuclear plant within the neighbouring Zaporizhia area.
Rafael Grossi says steps are being taken to stabilise a severe state of affairs on the facility which has been affected by the flooding from the Kakhovka dam.
