US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has held “candid, substantive, and constructive” talks with Chinese language International Minister Qin Gang in Beijing, the US Division of State says.
Sunday’s talks marked the beginning of the highest-level journey by a US official to China in practically 5 years because the rival superpowers intention to stabilise strained relations.
