A pair of glasses belonging to the comedian Eric Morecambe have been bought for £20,000 at public sale.
Private objects and showbiz memorabilia from Morecambe’s dwelling in Hertfordshire had been put up on the market following the loss of life of his widow, Joan, in March 2024.
