Ukrainian missiles have struck the Chonhar street bridge connecting Crimea with Russian-held elements of the southern Kherson area, in line with Russian-appointed officers.
The so-called “gate to Crimea”, recognized to Russians by a distinct spelling because the Chongar bridge, is considered one of a handful of hyperlinks between Crimea – which Moscow annexed from Ukraine in 2014 – and mainland Ukraine.
