Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has agreed to again Sweden’s bid to hitch NATO after a yr of blocking the transfer, citing Turkish safety issues.
NATO Secretary-Basic Jens Stoltenberg introduced on Monday that Erdogan agreed to ahead Sweden’s membership bid to Turkey’s parliament.
After talks in Vilnius, Lithuania, with Erdogan and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, Stoltenberg mentioned Turkey had agreed to maneuver ahead.
