Former US president Donald Trump says he did nothing unsuitable after new fees within the investigation into the retention of categorised paperwork.
Prosecutors accuse him of making an attempt to destroy proof.
They allege he requested a upkeep employee to delete safety digicam video.
However Trump says he handed over the tapes to investigators.
Trump has already pleaded not responsible to 37 different fees within the case.
