The US and Taiwan signed a brand new commerce deal as tensions with China rise.
The announcement comes forward of a high-level world safety summit in Singapore this weekend. US Protection Secretary Lloyd Austin and his Chinese language counterpart Li Shangfu attended the Shangri-La Dialogue annual defence summit.
