In Kherson, a Russian-held area of Ukraine, a serious dam has been broken ensuing within the evacuation of hundreds of individuals downstream.
President Zelensky stated 80 cities and villages have been liable to flooding after the destruction of the dam at Nova Kakhova, which he blamed on Russia.
Russia has denied destroying the dam – which it controls – as an alternative blaming Ukrainian shelling.
