India Expels 6 Canadian Envoys After Trudeau Govt’s “Ludicrous” Claims | Subscribe to Firstpost
India has expelled six Canadian diplomats in a tit-for-tat transfer after Canada named an Indian envoy as a “particular person of curiosity” within the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Nijjar was gunned down in 2023 in Vancouver. Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commissioner Mike Duheme acknowledged that their probe revealed Indian diplomats have been concerned within the killing and different violent acts on Canadian soil. India has denounced the allegations as “ludicrous” and accused Canada of supporting separatism.
