To the editor: As a “white” girl who didn’t vote for Trump, let me say two issues concerning LZ Granderson’s column, “There’s no mystery. White women handed Trump the election.”
One, I object to being outlined by pores and skin colour. Nobody must be so outlined. Till we be taught to maneuver past such divisive markers, we are going to regularly be at odds over variations that quantity to fictions.

To the editor: If I didn’t know any higher, I’d suppose Granderson was racist towards white ladies by blaming them for Harris’ loss.
I blame the Democrats for not holding an open conference and nominating a stronger candidate to run towards Trump. As a substitute, they simply handed Harris the reins after President Biden ended his candidacy in July.

To the editor: As soon as once more, Granderson nailed it. I write this not as a proud member of my demographic, as a result of Granderson is right. The info are right. So, disgrace on us.
My query to my demographic friends is that this: What the hell? If we ever had the chance to elect a lady as president (and there have been so many through the years), this election was that chance. This was it, and I don’t must spell it out as to why. We’ve seen it and heard it time and again instantly from the president-elect.
I self-isolated starting round midnight on election night time and remained there for hours. What received me up and again on monitor? Listening to Harris give her concession speech at Howard College on Wednesday afternoon.
I wept for what we may have had — for what we must always have had. However I used to be impressed and so pleased with her, the marketing campaign and who she is. Thanks, Vice President Harris.
And, to my fellow white feminine voters: Please. Simply, please.
