The founding father of video-sharing website FC2 was arrested Thursday upon returning to Kansai Airport on suspicion of posting obscene movies on the positioning in 2013.
FC2 founder Takahashi Yoshihiro, 51, is suspected of conspiring with 4 different males in 2013 to add obscene movies to the positioning, making them accessible to a broad viewers.
Takahashi, thought to have been dwelling abroad because the time of the alleged incident, was arrested upon his return from South Korea to Kansai Worldwide Airport on October seventh.
In questioning, Takahashi reportedly partially denied the costs, stating, “I assumed it will not violate Japanese regulation because it was accomplished by an American firm.”
Police are persevering with the investigation, believing that Takahashi directed the positioning’s operations.
