Afghan beauticians staged a protest in Kabul on Wednesday in opposition to the Taliban’s 27 July deadline for the closure of all of the nation’s magnificence salons.
The United Nations help mission in Afghanistan condemned what it known as “the forceful suppression of a peaceable protest by girls in opposition to the ban on magnificence salons”.
