Rachel Engel is an award-winning journalist and the senior editor of FireRescue1.com and EMS1.com. Along with her common modifying duties, Engel seeks to inform the heroic, human tales of first responders and the significance of their work. She earned her bachelor’s diploma in communications from Cameron College in Lawton, Oklahoma, and started her profession as a contract author, specializing in authorities and army points.
