COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say two teenagers are charged, and accused of an tried armed theft of a meals supply driver.
Police say the kids tried to rob the supply driver at North Pointe Estates off 100 Ripplemeyer Avenue on Thursday afternoon, June 12.
Police say the kids claimed they ordered and paid for the meals when the motive force arrived.
The driving force checked and decided they didn’t pay.
Police say video surveillance reveals that when the motive force tried to depart, the 13-year-old stood in entrance of the car.
And the 14-year-old was banging on the window with a gun because the sufferer drove away.
The supply driver and three family together with two youngsters who had been within the car weren’t harm.
Each teenagers are being held on the South Carolina Division of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ).
